Terms of Service of Versatile Visions Inc. Dating Sites

Versatile Visions Inc. owns and operates dating sites providing services through personal ads style profiles for singles, for men, and women members to communicate and connect with one another. Should our dating sites members not agree with the following Terms of Service Agreements, they may not use our dating site services and should not register to our dating sites. This document is an example of the Terms of Service Agreements of our dating site brands. While we do not screen our dating sites members' informations for validity, each and every member's profile is approved or rejected by a human process.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Service.

We, (Hereafter “the site”, "the website", “the service”, “we”).
Upon completion of dating websites registration process and by checking the appropriate box you agree to these Terms of service agreements (hereafter “the Agreement”). If our members register to become a Free or Paid member, (hereafter “Member”, “Members”, “You”, “Yourself”) they agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about themselves as requested in our registration process and maintain and update this information as necessary to keep it accurate and current. Furthermore they agree to use Versatile Visions inc. dating sites services in accordance with all laws and regulations where applicable.

2. Adults Only – Minors May Not Use the Versatile Visions inc. Dating Sites.

Our dating sites members represent and warrant being at least 18 years of age or of the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and accept this terms of service Agreement.

3. Changes to Terms of Service Agreement.

Versatile Visions inc. reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Terms of Service Agreements at our sole discretion and provide our dating sites members with reasonable notice of such changes. Continued use of this service by them after such changes have been implemented represents their acceptance of the changes.

4. Changes to the Dating Websites and Services.

We, at our sole discretion, may add, delete, or change the services, functions or features of any of our dating sites and personal ads services.

5. Membership Cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse membership to any of our dating sites to anyone. At our sole discretion, we may cancel memberships, any or all parts the information provided, communications, or postings, without notice for conduct violating or breaching this Terms of Service Agreement. Upon the cancellation of any membership by us, we may continue to deny membership and use of the dating websites services in the future. This Agreement will be in effect even after a membership is cancelled.

6. Content Posted by a Member of our Dating Sites.

Our members agree to be solely responsible for the content or information published or posted on any of our dating sites , or sent to other members using the dating sites services. our members will not post or send to other members or to our staff anything (this includes but is not limited to: text, photos) that is harassing, abusive, offensive, racially offensive, bigoted, obscene, profane, pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, inaccurate, unlawful, illegal, slanderous, libellous or otherwise objectionable.

Any posting of contact information in our members profile or personal ads including but not limited to: email addresses, phone numbers, URLs, instant messengers handle or any type of numeric or personal identification is a violation of this agreement. We will remove any such contact information we find in personal profiles. We do not screen our members and we are not responsible for any interactions occurring between dating websites members of any of our dating sites if and after such contact information has been privately exchanged.

• Photos posted in profiles and personal ads must be of and only of the member.
• Photos of nudity are not allowed, posting them will result in non-approval of membership.
• Public photos of minors are not allowed.

7. Non Commercial Use of our Dating Sites Services by Members.

Our members will not use our dating sites services to post, send or distribute any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising, solicitation of goods and services or other commercial mean. Members will not transmit any chain letters or junk email (spam mail) to other members. Doing so will result in immediate cancellation of our service to them.

8. Copyrighted Material.

Our members will not post text, graphics, photos or use the service in any way which violates, plagiarises or infringes on the rights of any third party, including but not limited to, copyright or trademark law, privacy or other personal proprietary rights. Our members represent and warrant that they are the exclusive author of their profile and personal ads and exclusive owner of your photographs posted on our dating sites. They assign to us all rights, full title and guarantee all copyright in their photographs, profile, personal ads. All material in Versatile Visions inc. dating sites, including but not limited to: text, graphics, photos, and software is protected by Copyright Laws. Our members may not copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or otherwise transfer copyright material in any format, electronic or otherwise without Versatile Visions inc. written consent.

9. Members Account, Username and Password.

Our members are responsible for keeping their personal identifying information and password private and confidential. They are responsible for all uses of their account whether or not it was authorised by them. Our members will immediately notify the respectives dating sites' administations by using the contact us form of any unauthorised use of their account. Our members will be liable for all charges that accrue to their account through their own use or of those they have authorised. Our members agree to pay all charges owing on their account. They may cancel their dating sites membership at anytime.

10. Refunds.

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the respectives dating sites. Refunds are to be credited to the same credit card used at the time of the initial purchase. There shall be no refund given in the event any of our dating sites cancels the member's membership or bans a member from any of Versatile Visions inc. dating sites.

11. Intellectual Property.

All intellectual property rights in the Personal Ads and Dating Sites services shall by owned by Versatile Visions inc. absolutely. These rights include but are not limited to: database rights, copyright, graphics, design rights (registered or unregistered) trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) or any other similar rights regardless of jurisdiction.

12. Privacy and Information Use.

Upon using our dating sites our members have also agreed to our dating sites'Privacy Policy. Our members acknowledge that the personal information (including sensitive personal information) they provide to us will be stored in our computers. They consent to us using this information to build up a profile of interests, preferences and browsing patterns and to allow them to participate in our dating sites services. They also agree to uphold and maintain our Privacy Policy and to the Terms of Service Agreements thereof. Our members acknowledge that:
a) We cannot ensure the security or privacy of information they provide through the Internet or their email messages and as such they release Versatile Visions Inc. from any responsibility.
b) We cannot control the content of messages sent to them by others dating websites members and as such release Versatile Visions Inc. from any responsibility.
c) We do not guarantee nor warrant the accuracy of information provided by other dating sites members of the service, nor do we assume responsibility for verifying this information.

13. Disclaimer.

We provide Dating Websites and Personal Ads services to our members on an “As Is” basis and grant no warranties either implied, expressed or statutory in any communication with our representatives or us. We specifically do not warrant that our dating websites services will not be uninterrupted or error free and there may be delays, omissions and interruptions. We do not warrant the accuracy of any member profile or any communication from them or about them displayed or transmitted to any of our dating sites members. We cannot guarantee that each member is at least the required minimum age, nor do we accept responsibility or liability for any content, communication or other use or access of the Service by persons under the age of 18 years old in violation of this Agreement. Our members acknowledge that any reliance upon any such member profile; opinion, advice, statement or information shall be at their own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability.

In no event, will any of the Versatile Visions inc. dating sites be liable;
a) To our members for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising from the use of or the inability to use our dating sites services or websites, even Versatile Visions inc., our dating sites or our agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or
b) To any person other than our members. Notwithstanding any contrary provision herein but subject to the foregoing limitation on liability, in all events our liability to our members for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by any of our members to any of Versatile Visions inc. dating sites and Personal Ads services during the term of membership.

15. Indemnity.

Our members agree to indemnify our parent companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, and us for any losses or damages. These may include, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, which we may suffer from our members activities or our members use of the dating sites services. These activities may include, without limitation, any breach by our members of this Agreement or charges or complaints made by other parties against any of our members.

16. Legal Venue.

Our members agree that the Laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada shall govern this agreement and any dispute arising out of this Agreement will be disputed in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

17. Complaints.

To resolve a complaint regarding the our dating websites service or websites, our members should use the Contact Us form of the respective dating sites or email us at admin [at] versatilevisions [dot] com , or by regular mail at: Versatile Visions Inc., Suite 608-280 Nelson Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V6B 2E2.

18. Assignment.

We have the right to assign any or all of its rights and duties under this agreement to anyone part. Our members do have any right to assign this agreement either in whole or in part.

19. General Provisions.

This Agreement, accepted by our members upon registering for our dating websites services, contains the entire agreement between them and the respectives dating websites owned by Versatile Visions inc. regarding the dating sites services and the websites, the respectives dating sites' Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and these terms of service Agreements, these Agreements shall prevail. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, these Terms of service agreements will survive termination of our members' membership to the dating sites services. This Agreement shall terminate immediately and without notice if our members breach any of the terms, subject to the survival of all rights and reservations of our respective dating sites. If any provisions of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
